Technical & Product FAQs
How do you use a Safety Stand?
Safety Stand – Quick Installation Guide
1. Set the Stand: Place the Safety Stand firmly against the truck frame and slide it upward until it locks in position. Designed for fast, reliable alignment on any dump body or roll-off setup.
2. Secure with Chain: Wrap the included chain tightly around the frame, pulling it snug with no slack. Hook it onto the mounting point to prevent any backward movement.
3. Confirm Stability: Give the unit a firm tug — if it’s solid, you’re ready to go. Built tough for dependable support every time.
Changing the Saddle:
1. Remove Existing Saddle: Loosen and remove all three bolts, then lift off the saddle.
2. Install New Saddle: Position the replacement saddle and align the bolt holes.
3. Secure the Saddle: Insert and tighten all three bolts until snug.

Do the imprints on the top saddle affect structural integrity?
According to our engineering team, the main pressure point is where the truck frame meets the stand. The saddle sides do not bear load directly — their purpose is to stabilize and prevent lateral movement during operation.
Why is the Safety Stand red?
The Safety Stand’s red color ensures high visibility on any job site and reflects our “Safety First” commitment. It’s also our brand’s signature color — durable, bold, and unmistakably American Tough.
How much does the Safety Stand weigh?
The Safety Stand weighs approximately 28 lbs — lightweight enough for easy handling, yet strong enough to support up to 25,000 lbs safely.
Can I customize the stand with my company name?
Yes. We offer optional custom branding so your company name can replace the standard logo on the saddle for a professional, personalized finish.
How hard is it to change the saddles?
The Safety Stand is built for easy adjustments. You’ll need two 13/16" wrenches. Remove the two lower bolts for the bottom saddle, and the top bolt for the upper saddle. The process is fast and tool-friendly.
