We stand behind every Safety Stand product — because it’s built to last.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full replacement or refund.
Returns are only accepted for unused products in original packaging.
To start a return, email us at support@safetystandllc.com with your order number and photos of the product.
Non-returnable items: Custom orders, used stands, and clearance products.
Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
